Encamp is one of the high mountain parishes in Andorra, the second in protocol order. With an area of 74 km², it connects the center of the country with the northeast front, in the town of Pas de la Casa, 2400 m above sea level, in the middle of nature and with many shops, restaurants and slopes ski resort Grandvalira. Border with the French departments of Ariège and the Pyrenees Orientales. Encamp has approximately 14,357 inhabitants.
