Narcís Socías Tomás is sworn in as Honorary Consul of Russia in Madrid.

On November 24, 2021, the Russian ambassador Yuri Korchagin delivered the Patent Letter and the Exequatur to the Honorary Consul of Russia in Andorra to Mr. Narcís Socías Tomás.

In a solemn and welcoming ceremony, the Russian Ambassador to Spain Yuri Korchagin presented the newly appointed Honorary Consul of the Russian Federation in Andorra, Narcís Socías Tomás, the patent letter signed on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Mr. Sergei Lavrov and the Exequatur signed on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Andorra, Mrs. María Ubach Font.

The event was attended by the Ambassador of Andorra in Spain, Russian and Andorran diplomats and representatives of the media

The ambassador wished the new Consul much success in his work, and expressed his hope that this appointment will contribute to the development of Russian-Andorran relations, strengthening friendship and cooperation between the two countries, as well as protecting the rights and legal interests of the Russian citizens residing in Andorra.

In order to carry out this work, the Honorary Consulate of Russia in Andorra has made available to citizens a new website of the Consulate of Russia in Andorra, where they can make inquiries or make a prior appointment at the same Consulate for more personalized attention.
